Quip Rescue

Privacy notes

How hosted exports work

Quip Rescue processes your Quip data on the server to build the archive. That can include document text, attachments, spreadsheets, folders, and comment data returned by Quip.

Your Quip token is encrypted while the export is active. It is deleted when the export succeeds, is canceled, or reaches a final failure.

The hosted archive and preview are private to your signed-in Google account. You can download the zip, open the private preview, and delete the hosted copy from Quip Rescue.

Hosted storage is experimental and temporary. Quip Rescue does not yet make a zero-knowledge promise for stored archives.

This private preview does not include saved Quip tokens, scheduled refresh, archive sharing, public access, billing, or zero-knowledge encryption.
